This page is intended to allow users to download the software to run the EPICS 5.2 installation package.

Epics52Install2.zip is a 14.8 MB  self-extracting file. It contains the full version of software needed to install the EPICS 5.2 system. 

WARNING:  The installation program will remove all previous copies of the EPICS software.  Please review Readme.txt for IMPORTANT information concerning this installation. 

Follow these steps to install the Epics 5.2 software on your computer:

Click on Epics52Install2.zip.

Choose Save this file to disk and save the .zip file to a folder on your hard drive.

Rename Epics52Install2.zip to Epics52Install2.exe

Double-click on Epics52Install2.exe to extract the installation files to the default folder displayed in the self-extractor window.

Run the setup program Epics52.exe from the newly-created installation folder.  See the Readme.txt for detailed installation instructions.
