TriLoan Planned Features

TriLoan was developed for personal use in real estate investing. There are several features planned for future releases of TriLoan. If you would like a feature added that you do not see listed below, send me an email describing what you would like and I'll do my best to incorporate your requests as well.

At this time TriLoan upgrades are free. I will try to inform customers of major releases. You are encouraged to check http://www.triloan.com occasionally for upgrades.

REQUESTED FEATURES AND/OR FEATURES UNDER CONSIDERATION

• Add separate field for property management fees.
• Add drop-down to DownPayment cell for $0-VA, $2.25-FHA, 5%, 10%, 20%, etc.
• Add option to format long dates as 'dd/mm/yy'.
• Add more robust export and/or reporting-printing feature.
• Add ability to print amortization sechedule.
• Bi-weekly amortization (requested by user).
• Quarterly amortization (requested by user).
• Add popup calculator, paste results back to active field.
• Recompute tax at selected cost/per $100 when user taps 'solve' button.
• Add 'CRLF' as export record terminator option.
• Save individual amortization payment changes.
• Conduit for database backups.
• Add password protection at startup option
• Add ability to modify and save the Rate in amotization for ARM loans.
• Loan list sorting (if enough requests come in I will boost the priority of this feature).
• Compute closing cost estimates.
• German version (user request).
• Calculate APR values.
• Compute Front-end and Back-end ratios.
• Add comma separators option for display of large dollar amounts.
• Add ability to view principal/interest for particular year in amortization.
